You can take a public bus or shuttle bus from Da Nang airport to Hoi An Town or Da Nang city but not available to Hue City, except for taxi and private car. Taxi cost from Da Nang aiport to Hue is the same with private car. So, private car must be the best choice for transfer from Da Nang to Hue as its convenience and quality of service.
It is pity not much vehicle categories availability in Da Nang. There are Toyota Camry or Mercedes E series can be offered for luxury transfer requirement.
